The Amazing Casting Resin cures in 5-10 minutes and can be painted, drilled, machined, tapped, and even dyed. Simply mix the two components together and mix thoroughly for 30-40 seconds. Resin Pen Blank Casting, Turning, & Polishing
Amazing Clear Cast by Alumilite Corporation is a 1 to 1 mix ratio epoxy suitable for casting blanks for pens, handles, calls, knife scales and more. This video demonstrates the process of mixing the Amazing Clear Cast, adding color, pouring pen blanks, and proper curing of resin. Once blank has fully hardened, we turn it on a lathe, polish it to a high gloss using Alumilite Polishing Pads, then assemble the pen.

Using VacMaster 25 & 50 for Making Vacuum Molds
This video demonstrates how to use Vac-Master 25 & 50 in making tools for vacuum forming. Vac-Master 50 contains over 50% aluminum and has great heat transfer for reproduced production cycles in vacuum forming, RIM, and foam. Machinability and polishability are excellent. Vac-Master 50 also has a high heat deflection. Vac-Master 25 is a great general purpose tooling resin for less demanding applications.
