How To Make a Corrugated Plastic Mold Box

The benefit of using corrugated strips to make a mold box is that you can easily customize the shape to perfectly follow that contour of your original which will dramatically decrease the amount of material you need to pour in the box by decreasing the volume of material required. Urethane Mold Release (UMR)

Alumilite's UMR mold release is used for a wide variety of releasing applications but is especially used for releasing silicone rubber from silicone rubber as well as being used as a paintable mold release that does not require cast pieces to be post washed prior to painting. The UMR releases urethane from silicones, silicones to silicones, silicones from urethanes, silicone and urethanes from aluminum or other metal molds and much more.

How to Make Your Own Molds with the Amazing Mold Putty

Amazing Mold Putty allows you to quickly and easily make a silicone rubber mold with 20 minutes that can then be used for resin, ice, chocolate, sugar, Jello, soap, polymer clay, cement, plaster, embellishments, findings, jewelry, and so much more. Using VacMaster 25 & 50 for Making Vacuum Molds

This video demonstrates how to use Vac-Master 25 & 50 in making tools for vacuum forming. Vac-Master 50 contains over 50% aluminum and has great heat transfer for reproduced production cycles in vacuum forming, RIM, and foam. Machinability and polishability are excellent. Vac-Master 50 also has a high heat deflection. Vac-Master 25 is a great general purpose tooling resin for less demanding applications.
