Customer service
Had an issue that some of the dyes opened during shipping. I spoke to Katie at customer service and she was very helpful at getting those dye replaced. Great customer service! Cant wait to make some climbing holds
Alumires (RC-3) is an easy to mix and pour resin that is great for casting large, durable pieces.

Very satisfied with the end product. Strong and not brittle.
not as good as regular alumilite tan they discontinued. ive been using rugalar for 20 years them discontinueing it is killing me this stuff never really hardens on small castings such as gun barrels to soft wish they would bring back regular alumilite it was the best stupid coprate decision
I've used alumilite rc3 quite a long time maybe two years. This was the first time that I bought it in the gallon jugs and that was probably the smartest decision I have made when it comes to the mold process of the things that I make. If you're looking at purchasing rc3 I would say do it and just start trying to use it. it sets up in about 2 and 1/2 minutes but if you already have your mold prepped that's more than enough time to stir as well as poor and let the bubbles release. I use it so much that I'm about to make another purchase today. There's other mold set ups that once they are dry they're very fragile and that's why I use rc3 because I've dropped them before and nothing happens as well as they are saying the bull and I'm able to cut them with a regular band saw. Thanks so much for making such a great product!
